This morning we are pleased to welcome Rashid Akhtar to North Collins. He has recently joined the ISI Buffalo ministry team. Let’s give him our full attention as he brings a message from God’s word.

Choir practice at the church begins at 6:00 pm.

Wednesday Evening Bible Study and Prayer Meeting at the church begins at 7:00 pm. We are starting Chapter 5 of Daniel. It’s a great time to join us!

Sunday, July 6th
Next Sunday we will celebrate the Lord’s Supper. If you would like to participate but are unable to be here, see Derek or one of the Elders to arrange another time. Don’t be shy about taking full advantage of this important gesture of unity with Christ and his body.

Sunday, July 20th
Tri-County Crisis Pregnancy Center is sponsoring its annual “Walk for Life” in Gowanda. If you would like to help support this important ministry, see Derek for more details, a walker’s packet, & registration information.

July 21 – 24
The CCCC Annual Family Conference will be held at the Adam’s Mark in Downtown Buffalo. Those who want to attend the ladies or men’s luncheons may do so without paying the daily fee. Reservations with payment for the luncheons are need ahead of time so an accurate count can be given to the hotel (registration forms in foyer). Also, evening sessions are open to everyone without paying a fee. Registration fee is only necessary if anyone is attending a daytime seminar or a business meeting. Shall we carpool? Sign up in the foyer!

July is a month when several of our missionaries and ministry team will be in the area for Conference. Take note of the following preaching schedule:

Next weekend, the Yoders are traveling to Lake Placid to celebrate Alice’s parents’ golden wedding anniversary. Rashid Ahktar, a recent addition to the Buffalo ISI ministry team, will bring the morning message.

Ladies’ Bible Study meets at Evie Mann’s home at 8:00 pm continuing on with a study entitled, “Praying the Psalms”.

Wednesday, June 18th
Roy and Ruthie Shelpman will be with us to share about their missionary work in Haiti. Join us for a fellowship meal at 6:00 pm followed by a time of sharing. Plan now to join us for this important time of reconnecting with our missionary team. Choir practice and Bible Study will resume next week at their regular times.

Saturday, June 21st
A meeting for those interested in helping with child care at the CCCC Annual Family Conference is scheduled for Saturday, June 21 from 10:00 – 12 noon at the Fluvanna Community Church. See Lori Clapper for details.

Sunday, June 22nd
Adult Sunday School hour will be a Concert of Prayer beginning at 9:30 am.

Sunday, June 29th

Our heartfelt sympathies go out to Lucille and the rest of the Minekime family. The flowers at the front of the sanctuary are donated in Lawrence’s memory. His funeral was held here Wednesday afternoon.

Also, don’t be bashful to request that special needs get circulated throughout the congregation by means of our phone tree.
