3DYouth Group meets here TONIGHT at 6:00 pm for life lessons from Mark followed by games and refreshments.

Be praying with the Nominating Committee as it works (beginning November 10th) to prepare a slate of candidates to be considered for office at the Annual Meeting in February.  To submit names, see Olive Hill, Fred Botko or Derek Yoder.

3DYouth Group meets TONIGHT at the First Church of Evans at 6:00 pm for life lessons from Mark followed by games and refreshments.

The church’s financial statement for September 2015 is posted for review in the office over the copy machine.

June 2017 will be here before you know it!  In preparation for FCC’s bicentennial, we will be forming a Bicentennial Committee to help coordinate the celebration.  If you have ideas or want to have a part in planning for this important milestone in our church’s history, see Derek.

If you like classical guitar music, check out the Hamburg Public Library on Friday evening.  The Hamburg Classical Guitar Quartet will be giving a concert on October 16th at 7:00 pm.  This is of special interest to us because this same quartet is scheduled to give an Advent concert of sacred/seasonal music here at FCC on Friday, December 4th.

Join our WNY/Northwestern PA churches at Fluvanna Community Church for this year’s annual CCCC Regional Fall Banquet.  The program is called “Living Out the Legacy” and will focus on the frontier ministry of John Spencer.  There will NO children’s program this year.  There will be no charge for the meal, but a special offering will be taken up to help cover the evening’s expenses.  The evening begins at 6:00 pm.  Reservation deadline is TODAY!  See the sign-up sheet in the foyer for details.
