Wednesday, February 27th
Choir practice at the church at 6:00 pm

Wednesday Night Bible Study meets here at church at 7:00 pm. We’re beginning an in-depth look at the Old Testament book of Daniel. Join us in this casual and interactive time learning what God has done in the past and continues working through us today.

Next Sunday we will celebrate the Lord’s Supper. If you would like to participate but are unable to be here, see Derek or one of the Elders to arrange another time. Don’t be shy about taking full advantage of this important gesture of unity with Christ and his body. As is our custom, following our Communion Meal, we’ll be enjoying a fellowship meal together.

Ladies Bible Study will not meet this week. But join us next week (February 26th) at Evie Mann’s as we resume our study “Discovering Who Jesus Is”. There will be no Wednesday Evening Bible Study this week. Derek will be traveling to Massachusetts as part of his responsibilities on the CCCC Credentials Committee. We will meet up again at 7:00 pm on February 27th. Join us as we begin a new study with a look at Daniel. It’s a casual and interactive time learning what God has done in the past and continues working through us today.


Next Sunday, February 24th, Larry Van Etten, a representative of Seneca Gospel Mission, will bring us our morning message.

Bible Study and Prayer meeting at 7:00 pm. We will bring our several-year-long study of Matthew’s gospel to a close! Join us the following week as we tackle our next subject “Sabbath – What A Difference A Day Makes!” Following that, we will focus our attention on the Old Testament book of Daniel. What better time to join us!

Annual Church Meeting at 10:00 am.

In an effort to serve the congregation better, the Church Board has authorized the purchase of several listening devices. The personal receivers are small and discreet and will go a long way to help people get the most out of our services. A special contribution has already been earmarked for the $800 purchase, but if you would like to be part of this important project, please designate your contributions, “LISTENING DEVICE PROJECT.”

A CALL IS ISSUED TO THE MEMBERS AND FRIENDS OF THE FIRST CONGREGATIONAL CHURCH OF NORTH COLLINS TO ATTEND OUR ANNUAL MEETING SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 16, 2008 AT 10:00 AM.
