3DYouth Group meets TONIGHT at the First Church of Evans. Gather at 6:00 pm for more life lessons from John 6 followed by Kan Jam and refreshments.
Next Sunday we will celebrate the Lord’s Supper. If you would like to participate but are unable to be here, see Derek or one of the Elders to arrange another time. Don’t be shy about taking full advantage of this important gesture of unity with Christ and his body. A fellowship meal following the service is NOT planned at this time. Lynda and Olive are on setup.
Thanks to all who gave generously to the Eden/North Collins Food Pantry on Good Friday. We collected $236 in “Maundy monies” to help support this important community service, which distrubutes from its Franklin Street location.
Thanks to all who came out yesterday for the work day to help spiff up the church and grounds. It’s shaping up to be a beautiful spring!
