Our sympathies go out to Herb Palmer. Allie’s funeral was held here on Wednesday morning. The family, in her memory, donated the bouquet in the front of the sanctuary.

Tuesday, March 25th
Ladies’ Bible Study meets at 8:00 pm at Evie Mann’s home resuming our study “Discovering Who Jesus Is”. If you’re looking fore more study, encouragement, and prayer in your life, consider joining us as we tackle Jesus’ “I AM” statements. See Alice Yoder for more details.

Wednesday, March 26th
Choir practice at the church at 6:00 pm.

Bible Study begins at 7:00 pm. We’ve begun an in-depth look at the Old Testament book of Daniel. It’s a great time to join us!

Sunday, March 30th
Join us next week during the Sunday School hour as we consider the rich biblical theme of Sabbath. This several-week long series called “What a Difference a Day Makes” will examine what Sabbath meant in Old Testament Judaism and how it can and should find expression in our lives as Christians.

We hope you can join us on Friday, April 25th at 7:00 pm for an evening of worship, song and inspiration as CCCC Conference Minister Steve Gammon speaks about our connection in Christ, our connection with one another, and what that means in the 21st century. On Saturday, Dr. Gammon will facilitate our 2008 Leadership Seminar. Don’t miss these exciting opportunities. Stay tuned for details.

The public reading of Scripture is an important part of corporate worship (1 Timothy 4:13). To help make this time even more meaningful, it has been suggested that each person take a month’s worth of consecutive readings. If you would like to join in the experiment and serve the church by being part of this rotation, let Derek know.
