Tuesday, October 14th
· Elders Meeting at church beginning at 6:00 pm. Come prepared to discuss Chapter 8 in the Elders Handbook.
· Church Board Meeting at church beginning at 7:00 pm

Ladies’ Bible Study meets at Evie Mann’s home in Eden beginning at 8:00 pm. They are reviewing a study entitled “Meeting God.” If you’re looking for more study, encouragement and prayer in your life, consider joining this group. If you’re interested, see Alice.

Wednesday, October 15th
Choir practice at the church at 6:00 pm.

Bible Study and Prayer meets 7:00 pm at church. We are in the prophetic portions of Daniel, Chapters 7-12. It’s a great time to join us!

Sunday, October 26th
Community Hymn Sing at the First Church of Evans. Come at 6:30 pm and join our friends from Lake View, First Church and other area fellowships for a time of singing and refreshments to follow. Bring a favorite dessert to share.

Saturday, November 1st
Regional CCCC Banquet. This year’s fall banquet will again be hosted by Stockton Community Church. Guest speaker Terry Shanahan, CCCC Northeast Regional Representative, will address the theme of “Shining Like Stars in the Universe” (Phil 2:15). The cost of the evening is $12 per person. See the sign-up in the foyer. RSVP by October 22nd.
