ANNOUNCEMENTS
Check out “Ask the Pastor” on Wednesday, June 30th at 2:00 pm. (TCT Network and Dish Network channel 26, DirecTV does not carry the program), as Derek tries to make good use of this special opportunity. “Ask the Pastor” is a live call-in program with a panel of five area Senior Pastors answering viewer questions about life and the Bible from the Bible.

Next Sunday we will celebrate the Lord’s Supper. If you would like to participate but are unable to be here, see Derek or one of the Elders to arrange another time. Don’t be shy about taking full advantage of this important gesture of unity with Christ and his body.

If you are planning to attend this year’s CCCC National Conference in Springfield, Mass., and are interested in serving as one of two lay delegates, see Derek.

CALENDAR

Wednesday, June 30th

Join us for Bible Study and prayer as we continue on in our study of 1 Corinthians. Come for a challenging look at Paul’s teaching on spiritual gifts (Chapter 14). It’s a great time to join us!

Throughout the Summer, we have scheduled several events to keep us connected and offer opportunities to invite friends and neighbors to join us:
Sunday, July 11th – Movie night and ice cream
Sunday, July 18th – Sunday Night Out at the Doles’ pond
Sunday, August 22nd – Church picnic at the Hills’
Sunday, September 19th – Sunday Night Out at the Doles’ pond

Get the most out of the service by asking about our special listening devices. Pick up one in the back or see an usher for help. If yours isn’t working properly, don’t be bashful about raising your hand to ask for assistance.
