practice at 6:00 pm.
Join
us for Bible study and prayer at the church at 7:00 pm. In our survey of the great themes of Genesis,
we’re beginning Chapter 12 and life and ministry of Father Abraham. It’s a great time to join us!
Thursday, May 28th
Sit’n’Sew, 10:00 am. Stay
as long as you like; bring a bag lunch.
Sunday, May
31st
3DYouth
Group meets here at 6:00 pm for life lessons from Mark followed by chalk games
and refreshments.
Saturday,
June 6th
3DYouth
service project in the morning with Community Concern in Eden. More details to follow.
Saturday,
June 13th & Sunday, June 14th
Plan
now to join us for our 12th annual Leadership Forum. T. David Gordon, this year’s guest lecturer,
will be with us to speak (tentatively) about the idea of “temple” in redemptive
history, in eschatology, and in Christian worship. It’s sure to be an enjoyable, challenging
weekend of learning and application.
Sunday, June
28th
3DYouth
Year-End Picnic at the Dole’s pond. Plan
to meet at 4:00 pm for our regular time of worship and singing, life lessons
from Mark, and games, followed by a picnic meal of hot dogs and s’mores.
Get
the most out of the service by asking about our special listening devices. Pick up one in the back or see an usher for
help. If yours isn’t working properly,
don’t be bashful about raising your hand to ask for assistance.
