Announcements

Thanks to those who helped out with Eagle Energy Day! A handful of high school students were with us on Friday morning for some spring cleaning inside the church.

The church’s financial statement for April 2019 is posted for review in the office over the copy machine.

Dewey Missionary Society is providing an opportunity for joyful service! The Kennedys’ newly adopted Chinese son David has required some extensive dental work. During the month of May we will be collecting a special offering to help with some of these unexpected expenses.  Please designate your offering “Kennedy Medical Fund”. Thank you.

Monday, May 20^th: AA meets downstairs from 8:00-9:15 pm.

Wednesday, May 22^nd: Midweek Bible Study and Prayer Meeting at the church at 7:00 pm. We’re finishing up our study of Luke 8 and Jesus’ parable of the soils. Or is it about seed? Or is it about the sower?  It’s a great time to join us.

Thursday, May 23^rd: Choir meets in the sanctuary at 9:15 am followed by “Sit and Sew” at 10:00 in the adult Sunday School classroom. We will also be “sitting and sewing” on May 30^th and June 6^th. We’d love to have you join us!

Sunday, June 2^nd: Join us at the Doles’ for our 1^st Sunday Night Out of the season! Gather around 4:30 pm or so. Bring a dish to pass.
