The Patience of God 2
Paul’s strong language about judgment reflects the strong language
throughout the
New Testament. True
disciples take it to heart and repent
– before God’s patience runs out.

ANNOUNCEMENTS
3DYouth Group heads
out to Harrisburg for the 2013 Missions Trip on Sunday, August 4th. The vans will be leaving from here at 12:00
noon. Be praying for our team as it
seeks to serve, learn, and grow in Christian discipleship. They will be returning on Friday, August 9th.
Check out “Ask
the Pastor” on Friday, July 26th at 2:00 pm (TCT Network and Dish
Network Channel 26, DirecTV does not carry the program), as Derek tries to make
good use of this special opportunity. “Ask
the Pastor” is a live call-in program with a panel of five area pastors
answering viewer questions about life and the Bible from the Bible.
As we move into a
season of family travel and light attendance, be praying for the church’s
continued financial stability during these challenging months.
CALENDAR
Wednesday, July 24th
Choir practice at the church at 6:00 pm.
Join us at the church for Bible study and prayer at 7:00 pm. We’re studying the Old Testament prophets –
their ministries, their message, and
their madness! We’re beginning a
survey of Amos. It’s a great time to
join us!
Thank you to our hosts, Olive and Don Hill, for a beautiful place
to worship our Lord and fellowship with one another at our annual
picnic today.
