This morning, we welcome Tony Barone to our pulpit. No stranger to our congregation, Mr. Barone has served for many years as chaplain for the Buffalo City Mission. Now retired, he continues to serve area churches in a variety of ways. Let’s give him our full attention as he brings a message from God’s word.

ANNOUNCEMENTS

Wednesday, August 12th

While Derek is away, Bible Study and Prayer Meeting will meet at Harriett’s at 7:00 pm. Join us as we meet for mutual encouragement. On August 19th, we’ll resume our study of the book of James, called “BROTHER TO BROTHER.”

Sunday, August 30th
Plan now to join us at the Hills’ pond for our annual outdoor worship service and picnic.

While the Yoders are on vacation visiting family in Michigan, please direct any questions or concerns to Matt Clapper. Note the following preaching schedule:
August 16 – Bill & Darlene Miller, longtime friends of our fellowship and currently missionary candidates to Ecuador
August 23 – Larry Van Etten, Seneca Gospel Mission

Get the most out of the services by asking about our special listening devices. Pick up one in the back or see an usher for help. If yours isn’t working properly, don’t be bashful about raising your hand to ask for assistance.
