Choir practice at the church at 6:00 pm

Bible Study and Prayer Meeting at 7:00 pm. We’re moving into Chapter 7 in our study in Hebrews (“The Supremacy of Christ”). It’s a great time to join us. This week we are evaluating the next hymn in our discussion series (“One Day!”). Extra copies are on the back table along with T. David Gordon’s “Hymns: Criteria for Making Good Ones.”

Friday, October 14th
Frank Gruppo’s funeral service will be held at Wentland’s at 8:00 pm preceded by visitation hours from 4-8:00 pm.

Saturday, October 29th
Join area WNY churches at the annual CCCC Fall Banquet as we gather at the Stockton Community Church at 6:00 pm to welcome keynote speaker Gerald Britton, warden of Warren County Prison. Tickets are $15. See sign-up sheet in the foyer for details.

Sunday, October 30th
It’s our turn to host our quarterly Singspiration! Jim Raub will be out special guest accompanist as we welcome friends from participating churches for an evening of worship, singing, and fellowship beginning at 6:30 pm. You may want to bring a dessert to share with a harvest/Thanksgiving theme. Plan now to be part of this very popular service.

I wish to thank the members of the First Congregational Church of North Collins for my beautiful fall bouquet and for the inspiring birthday cards.
