We are
pleased to welcome Dr. Dean Smith to North Collins! Dr. Smith has been our guest speaker for this
year’s Leadership Forum. He comes with a
wealth of academic and pastoral experience and currently serves as interim pastor
at the College Hill Presbyterian Church in Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania. Let’s give him our full attention as he opens
God’s Word for us this morning.
The church’s
financial statement for April 2014 is posted for review in the office over the
copy machine.
3DYouth
meets TONIGHT at the First Church of Evans at 6:00 pm for life lessons from
Mark followed by whiffle ball practice and refreshments. Don’t forget, the big showdown with MPB is
only two weeks away!
In a
couple of weeks, Derek is going to begin a sermon in the book of
Ecclesiastes. In preparation for that,
you may want to read this intriguing book ahead of time, have its themes fresh
in your mind, and be praying with Derek as we look forward to this enriching
time of learning together.
