Announcements

The Church’s financial statement for March 2018 is posted for review in the office over the copy machine.

Joel and Owen Yoder and Ed Landahl have expressed interest in joining our fellowship. They have met all formal requirements, and the elders are happy to recommend them for membership. They will be presented to the congregation for consideration in the next few weeks. If you have any questions or concerns, please see Derek or one of the Elders.

Join us for choir practice one Saturday a month, usually from 9-10:00 am. If you would like to join the choir, see Alice or Kathy for practice dates. We would love to have you come sing with us!

Monday, April 16^th: AA meets downstairs from 8:00–9:15 pm.

Wednesday, April 18^th:  Midweek Bible Study and Prayer Meeting at 7:00 pm. Join us as we resume our study in  Luke 3 about the remarkable ministry of John the Baptist. We will be considering the preaching and practice of his baptism. It’s a great time to join us!

Thursday, April 19^th: Dewey Missionary Society,10:00 am. Alice will lead us in devotions.

Sunday, April 22^nd: 3DYouth Group meets at First Church (again) at 4:30 pm to pass out fliers for the 30-Hour Famine food drive, then it’s back to church for life lessons from the Psalms followed by pizza.

April 27^th- 29^th: 14^th Annual Leadership Weekend with T. David Gordon
