Harriett Rupps’s new address: c/o Jim and Rhoda Raub,1208 Oak Opening, Honeoye Falls, NY 14472. Her phone number remains the same: (716) 532-3287.

Remember our Christmas Project this year. For each donation to the Eden/North Collins Food Pantry please put an ornament on the small tree in the back of the church. Let's share Christ's love in a tangible way with those in need.

In an effort to reduce the cost of heating the church building, the Church Board again recommends meeting for worship in the Adult Sunday School Classroom during the coldest winter months. We are tentatively planning to hold our first worship service downstairs in the “Winter Chapel” on Dec. 30th at our regular time of 10:45 am. Thank you for your understanding in this important matter.

Be praying with the Nominating Committee as it works to prepare a slate of candidates to be considered for office at the Annual Meeting in February 2019. To submit names, see Olive, Fred, or Derek.

Don’t forget to silence your devices

Calendar

Monday, December 24th:  Traditional Christmas Eve service of carols and candlelight at 6:30 pm. AA is still on for later in the evening downstairs from 8:00 – 9:15 pm.
Wednesday, December 26th:  Midweek Bible Study and Prayer meeting is suspended for the next two weeks because of Christmas and New Year’s activities.  But be sure to join us in 2019 on January 9th. We are in Luke 6 and are considering Jesus’ teachings on life in a hostile world. It’s a great time to join us!

Saturday, December 29th: Lucille’s service will be held here at 11:00 am with a luncheon to follow. Callings hours are scheduled for Friday evening from 6-9 pm at Wentland’s and at the church on Saturday morning at 10:00 am.
Sunday, December 31st: If you have photographs of special occasions from 2018 and want them included in our “Collage of Memories” year-end slideshow, get them to Garry (prints or digital formats are fine).
