3DYouth Group meets 6:00 – 7:30 at First Church of Evans.  Meet here in our parking lot at 5:30 for transportation.  Life lessons from Timothy followed by games (wear dark clothes) and refreshments.

Tuesday, January 10^th

Elders’ Meeting at 6:00 pm.

Full Church Board Meeting at 7:00 pm – budget planning for 2012

Wednesday, January 11^th

Choir practice at the church at 6:00 p.m.

Bible study and prayer at 7:00 p.m. We’re thinking about the New Covenant in chapter 8 of our Hebrews study (“The Supremacy of Christ”). Also, be meditating on the next hymn in our discussion series (“We’re Marching to Zion”). Extra copies are on the back table along with T. David Gordon’s “Hymns: Criteria for Making Good Ones.”

Thursday, January 12^th

Dewey Missionary Society meets at 10 am.   Bring a lunch and be prepared to discuss the 2012 missions budget proposal.

Sunday, January 15^th

Join area churches at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church on Lake Street in Angola for a community hymn at 6:30 pm. Refreshments to follow.
