Committee and department heads: Our Annual Meeting is just a few weeks away. All reports must be submitted to Audrey for compilation by the end of January—or you get to read yours aloud at the meeting!

The church’s financial statement for November 2011 is posted for review in the office over the copy machine.

Check our “Ask the Pastor” on Wednesday, January 18^th at 2:00 pm (TCT Network and Dish Network channel 26, DirecTV does not carry the program), as Derek tries to make good use of this special opportunity.  “Ask the Pastor” is a live call-in program with a panel of five area Senior Pastors answering viewer questions about life and the Bible from the Bible.

Join area churches at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church at 930 Lake Street,  Angola for a community hymn sing at 6:30 pm. Refreshments to follow.

Wednesday, January 18^th  

Bible study and prayer at 7:00 p.m. We’re thinking about the New Covenant in chapter 8 of our Hebrews study (“The Supremacy of Christ”). Also, be meditating on the next hymn in our discussion series (“We’re Marching to Zion”). Extra copies are on the back table along with T. David Gordon’s “Hymns: Criteria for Making Good Ones.”
