to all who helped out with this year’s “Eagle Energy Day”, supervising the high
school students and pitching in with the work.
A lot was accomplished, but there’s more to do in time for next year’s
Bicentennial!

Prayer Pal Reminder: How are
things going with you and your Prayer Pal? Are you making regular contact
and remembering each other in prayer? This is a great time to remember,
re-dedicate, and restore good prayer habits for each other!

study and prayer meeting at 7:00 pm. We’re continuing our survey of the great
themes of Genesis. We’re studying the
tumultuous story of Jacob and Esau in Chapter 27. It’s a great time to join us!
Thursday, May 12 & May 26
Sit'n'Sew will be back at church in the
Adult Sunday School Room this month! Join us to choose, cut, and create
new patterns for future quilts! Instructions will be given for rotary
cutting of fabric.
Friday-Saturday May 13th-14th
3DYouth “Lock In” at the
First Church of Evans. Details to come,
but it will be an evening of games, Bible lesson, movie, and lots of
sleep!? Leave for home in the morning.
Sunday, May 15th
FYI – Jill Finkley will be
using our sanctuary (more specifically, our acoustic piano) for a piano recital
for her students at 3:00 pm.

Our next Dewey Missionary
Society meeting will meet at 10:00 am.
