Announcements

Be praying with the Nominating Committee as it works to prepare a slate of candidates to be considered for office at the Annual Meeting in February 2017.  To submit names, see Olive, Fred or Derek.

Committee and Department Heads:  Our Annual Meeting is just a few weeks away.  All reports must be submitted to Audrey for compilation by the end of the month – or you get to read yours aloud at the meeting!

Wednesday, January 4^th

Join us for Bible study and prayer meeting at the church at 7:00 pm as we continue our survey of the great themes of Genesis.  We’re finishing up Chapters 35 & 36 – then it’s on to Chapter 37 and the story of Joseph and his coat of many colors.  It’s a great time to join us.

Thursday, January 5^th

Choir practice at the church at 3:00 pm.

Sunday, January 8^th

Community hymn sing at First Church of Evans.  The holiday season comes to a close with “Little Christmas” at 6:30 pm.  Refreshments to follow.
